We ship everything from Cape Town by courier, with tracking from the moment it leaves the studio. South Africa only, for now.
Rates
- Flat R80 on any order, anywhere in South Africa.
- Free shipping on orders over R1,500.
Your final shipping amount is confirmed at checkout once you pick a province.
Delivery windows
We cut, sew, and finish to order on most pieces, so the studio needs 1–3 working days before a parcel goes out. After that, courier times are roughly:
- Western Cape — 1–2 working days
- Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape — 2–3 working days
- Free State, North West, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Northern Cape — 3–5 working days
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel is collected.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a refund or exchange. Pieces need to come back unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags still attached — once something's been lived in we can't put it back into stock.
To start a return, write to returns@stresslessseamstress.co.za with your order number. We'll send back a return slip and a courier booking.
Faults & damages
If a piece arrives with a fault or doesn't match what we described on the product page, that's on us. Email us within seven days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping and either repair, replace, or refund the piece in full. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act stand alongside anything we say here.

If you're a few days past the window above and your tracking hasn't updated, nudge us — look up your order or write in and we'll chase the courier ourselves.
